Lead Material Handler

This position will be located at an off-site facility in Oak Creek.

Hours: 7:00AM- 3:30PM

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
The Processing Lead oversees the receiving and processing of goods ensuring adherence to established processing procedures, quality control standards, and pricing policies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Trains employees regarding their duties, processing expectations, and safety.
2. Communicates processing goals to processors, oversees the receiving and processing of goods ensuring adherence to established processing procedures, quality control standards, and pricing policies.
3. Maintains a clean orderly processing area. Ensures that housekeeping standards are met
4. Reports all accidents according to established procedures.
5. Gives work direction and oversees work of employees to ensure job duties are being performed accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Informs Management of if supplies are needed.
7. Builds and maintains effective quality working relationships with management, co-workers customers, and donors. Uses effective written and verbal communication. Uses good interpersonal skills treating everyone with dignity and respect. Immediately advises supervisor of significant and unexpected problems. Promotes and demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.
8. Completes assignments, projects, reports, and paperwork accurately and timely.
9. Safeguards all Goodwill property including donated goods. Reports any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession/removal of Goodwill property.
10. Follows all Goodwill policies and procedures. Follows safety rules and regulations. Acts safely at all times.
11. Performs all production room tasks as needed.
12. Performs and explains all warehouse manufacturing system operations..
