Hours: Slightly Flexible Schedule (40Hrs per week)

Description:  Responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and supervision of the Foster Grandparent Program.

Work Environment: This position offers excellent work/life balance with some schedule flexibility. Work hours are during the school day with no nights or weekends required. The individual will spend much of their day in the community visiting schools and engaging with local organizations to promote the program. (40Hrs per Week)


• Bachelor's degree in related field and two years’ experience in related field.

Information and Assistance Specialist

Location: Racine ADRC- Sturtevant, WI
Hours: M-F 8 AM to 5:00 PM

Description: The Information & Assistance Specialist will provide a central source of reliable and objective information about a broad range of programs and services for older adults and people with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities.

Work Environment: This position offers excellent work/life balance, Monday through Friday 8-5.

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree (preferably in a health or human services related field) or a license to practice as a registered nurse in Wisconsin pursuant to s. 441.06 Stats.
  • Equivalent of at least one year of full-time experience in a health or human service field, working with one or more of the client populations served by the Aging and Disability Resource Center (elderly or adults with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities). Qualifying work experience may be paid or unpaid and may include internships, field placements and volunteer work.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
  • Prompt and regular attendance.



Outpatient Mental Health Specialist 

Location: Racine Behavioral Health Services -Racine, WI
Hours:  M-F:  8AM to 4:30PM Variable Schedule to meet needs (40Hrs)

Description:  Provide counseling to individuals presenting with mental health concerns, often accompanied with substance abuse issues.  Provide clinical assessment and document bio-psycho-social intake after initial session.

Work Environment: This position offers excellent work/life balance, with a variable schedule to meet needs. Monday through Friday 8-4:30.


  • LCSW
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Unrestricted license in the State of Wisconsin.

RN Community Support Specialist

Location: Racine Behavioral Health Services -Racine, WI
Hours: Mon-Friday- 8AM to 5PM

Description: Diagnoses and treats human responses to actual and potential health concerns.

Work Environment: This position offers excellent work/life balance, with hours Monday through Friday 8-5pm


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred) plus current RN Licensure.
  • One year of experience working with adults who have a chronic mental illness.
  • Must demonstrate clinical competence in standards of nursing practice and ability to work independently in area of expertise.

License or Certificate:

  • RN Licensure
  • Certification as a generalist on psychiatric nursing is recommended but not required.
  • Must own and be able to legally operate a vehicle and have necessary insurance.
